DRIVE4COPD: public health initiative

The COPD Foundation is proud and excited to be a partnering organization with the DRIVE4COPD campaign working to raise awareness of COPD and focusing on the importance of early diagnosis. The DRIVE4COPD campaign, which launched in February of this year, is striving to get 1 million at-risk individuals screened for COPD.

DRIVE4COPD is a multi-year public health initiative that aims to help individuals identify symptoms of COPD, and drive those at risk to take action and improve their lung health.

The Great American Screen Off, which will culminate on November 4th, is being held in honor of COPD Awareness Month. On this day, we will be hosting a series of free screening events across the country and featuring the DRIVE4COPD Celebrity Race Team Members: Danica Patrick, Bruce Jenner, Michael Strahan and Patty Loveless.
